The whole team were very reliable, punctilious and polite from the very start of the process of repairing our chimney and replacing our guttering. Horace from Acorn Roofing Services came and assessed my leaking flat roof. He was extremely professional and explained everything clearly and we agreed a price to replace it.  When Horace and the team removed my old felt they discovered my adjoining neighbours flat roof also had problems following a poor repair by another company a few months previously. Thankfully they were able to delay another job and replaced all the saturated ply boarding and felt on both roofs together. They left us watertight overnight and completed the work the following day.
